Appointments

Any clients that make a booking will receive a confirmation via email and text of their booking.

Please make sure that you confirm your appointment either via email at sandyle@fiinanaillounge.com or give us a call at 973-470-0529 (do not text).

Any appointments that haven’t been confirmed within 24-48 hours will be cancelled and a no show service charge of $30 will be applied to your next booking.

For clients that have had a no show appointment you will need to pay a $40 deposit before booking any additional appointments.

Any bookings for new clients will require a $40 deposit to book an appointment. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards your service on the day of your appointment.

Other Salon’s Products and Work

We prefer not to work on top of other salon’s products as our goal is to create a beautiful foundation and shape which may not be possible on top of other products. If we do have to refill on top of other salon work please be aware that reconstructed and shape correction will be an add on.

We are also unable to guarantee our highest quality nail treatments if we have to work on another technician’s products. For that reason we ask that you remove your previous set before your appointment. If this isn’t possible please arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before your appointment so that we can remove them for you (there will be a charge for this).
